i found the staff friendly and helpful . the hotel features fast, free internet that supports up to six devices. i also liked that the tv included chromecast for streaming content from my phone, a welcome addition.

i noticed a number of people experiencing homelessness in the immediate area around the hotel.

the room were a good size and very clean. the reception and room service staffs was helpful. i had breakfast at the bakery opposite the hotel. the hotel its location is near essential amenities like grocery stores and restaurants.

parking charges were a hassle. i saw many homeless people near alt.

the hotel was a excellent spot for my trip. the staff was both helpful and friendly, and it. i liked the quirky details in the room too, like the door handle to the bathroom.

i wish there was drinking water that was free. i had to pay $7 for a bottle from the front desk, and i think its to much.

The location was convenient (close to many attractions). The room had a modern layout. The Nu Po restaurant offered great Asian Fusion cuisine.

The front desk staff did not seem knowledgeable. There was no courtesy coffee station in the lobby, a detail I missed. the absence of a refrigerator in the room was a little inconvenient.

The bathroom design bothered me. The wall between it and the sleeping area was glass! light from the bathroom shone right into the sleeping space. also, i found no fridge in the room. I would have liked that.
